The Toby Kane Band has been together since 2005 and has performed many shows in the South Dakota and Iowa region. Along with headlining club shows the Toby Kane Band has done national openers for Daughtry of American Idol fame, 12 Stones, David Cook, Crash Kings, Nelson, Dan Purser and others. In addition, the members of Toby Kane Band have supported many other national acts including Sugarland, Alice Cooper, Robert Cray and others.
TKB holds its appeal and keeps its audience fresh by doing only a handful of premium shows each year, focusing on festivals and national openers during the summer and a few select clubs shows during the winter. TKB includes veteran players who have shared the stage with artists such as Robert Cray, Sugarland, Jonny Lang, Indigenous, Loverboy, John Hammond, Jimmy Van Zant and many others.
